Rothsay Education Centre courses are booked for the whole course. For anything else, just come along or let Chris know you’re coming.
Your first class
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Flat shoes are fine; Kung Fu is trained in bare feet or martial arts slippers.
- Take off watches and jewellery before training.
- Arrive a few minutes early so Chris can say hello and ask about any injuries or health conditions.
- Every session starts with a gentle warm-up. Nobody is ever asked to do anything that doesn’t suit their body.
- If you’re over 40 or haven’t exercised for a while, it’s sensible to check with your GP before starting something new.
